At Le Valentin, each pastry is a work of art, created by a team of 5 pastry chefs led by head chef Bruno Collard. Throughout the year, these talented craftsmen carefully prepare classic pastries while having fun inventing new delicacies to delight the taste buds of regulars and newcomers alike. Everything is made on site, from A to Z, guaranteeing unrivalled freshness and quality.

The family legacy

For several years now, Martin, the son, has been taking over the reins. Not only does he work in the Passage Jouffroy, but he has also opened another Valentin in the magnificent Galerie Vivienne, one of the most beautiful passages in Paris, popular with tourists from all over the world.
