The family legacy
For several years now, Martin, the son, has been taking over the reins. Not only does he work in the Passage Jouffroy, but he has also opened another Valentin in the magnificent Galerie Vivienne, one of the most beautiful passages in Paris, popular with tourists from all over the world.
